Terms and Conditions

Please read the following information regarding the warranty of Green Ag Holding Pty ltd.
Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser on the tax invoice the warranty is not transferrable to another owner.
12 months warranty is included from time of purchase all machines are covered by 12 month warranty.
Green Ag Holdings comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
The warranty of the machinery will not apply if the machinery has been misused or abused or damaged in an accident, fair wear and tear, misuse, weather damage and unauthorised repairs.
There is no warranty on the reflector lights, tyres, rims or wheel bearings and jockey wheel.
It is the owner’s responsibility to check all moving parts of the machinery this includes after use that the wheel nuts are checked and tightened on a regular basis.
The standard warranty parts & labour covers the machinery for a period of 12 months from the delivery date this excludes replaceable items including filters, oils, lubricants, clutches, brake discs and linings. It also excludes belts, hoses, glass and light bulbs. It also excludes the items covered by component manufacturer warranty such as supplied batteries, tyres, pumps and the injectors.
Green Ag Holdings Pty Ltd is not responsible for second hand equipment, modified equipment not approved by Green Ag Holdings, normal wear and tear, injector nozzles and high-pressure lines.
Warranty exclusions:
  • Defects caused by user negligence or failure to comply with owner manual user guide
  • Defects caused by misuse or abuse
  • Defects caused by the use of unapproved attachments or unapproved improvements
  • Tyres, tubes and batteries
  • Damage or defects caused by accident, theft, fire, flood, vandalism, or an act of God.
  • Transport of replacement parts not included
  • Transport of machinery not included
  • Cost of rental replacement not included
  • Equipment declared as a total loss
  • Any additional labour charges not included
We will not warrant the cost of repairs or replacements other than the authorised Green Ag Holdings Pty Ltd.
We do not warrant the cost of parts, cleaning adjustments, service calls and clean up.
If any of the following occurs the above warranty will be void immediately
1.The use of any replacement part that is not a genuine manufacturers brand or authorized part approved by Green Ag Holdings
2.Failure by the owner of the machinery to regularly maintain and service the machinery as per operator’s 
manual during the warranty timeframe
3.Misuse or abuse of machinery

Warranty and Return policy
To be eligible for a full return, your item must be completely unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any electrical items (e.g.: lights, camera or screens etc.) or specialty order spare parts must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and are highlighted below.
Please review or discuss with our staff if your product has any additional terms and conditions relating to returns and refunds
Non-returnable items:
  • Altered or Manipulated items
  • Goods over 12 months
  • Specialty ordered/unique spare parts
  • Some items outside of the standard warranty period
  • 2nd Hand items
  • Goods that have been repaired by a 3rdparty without Green Ag Holdings Pty ltd consent
  • Goods that have been misused
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Item is outside of Green ag Holding pty ltd warranty
  • Any goods outside of 12 month warranty
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us in our email.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged/traded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (Including Freight handling issues) within any warranty period. If you need to exchange it for the same item (Unless an agreement can be met. i.e: Product and further payment for higher priced item), send us an email.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail/courier your product to 6-60 perry st matraville 2036
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
